The customer has a period of 7 days from the reception of the ordered Products to return them to LCS distribution for exchange or reimbursement. In this case, the customer shall return the Products in new and undamaged condition, together with all accessories, user manuals and documentation to the following address<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, LCS Distribution undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return postage.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRICE<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

The price is expressed in euro.<\/span><\/p>\n

The price indicated on the product sheets does not include the inherent costs of transport.<\/span><\/p>\n

The price indicated on the Order Confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all taxes and including VAT. This price includes the price of the Products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the Products, the shipping costs and the commissioning costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

LCS Distribution shall not be held liable for bodily or material damages of any kind incurred as a result of improper functioning or use of the Products.<\/span><\/p>\n

The responsibility of LCS distribution will be, in any case, limited to the amount of the order. In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the customer and reserve the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution<\/span><\/p>\n

Otherwise, for professional customers, the Tribunal de Commerce de PARIS is the only competent court, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
